By accessing or using the AST Platform and its AI-powered applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

The platform software, branding, and design are owned by AI Soft Technologies. Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to a limited license allowing the AST Platform to operate and improve the services.

7. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the applicable payment provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AST Platform and its applications are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
